I think it was down for a few months, if only because it was never really doing anything and when Amazon shut down their hosted store service I really didn’t get a fuck about the whole thing, but now I’m giving a fuck and I spent the night coding up a custom store that features everything that I’ve ever officially reviewed on MCS.   There’s some pretty cool shenanigans going on over there, so if you happen to remember wanting something that I reviewed but couldn’t find it, maybe give the MCS Store a quick look over?
