I cross post a tonne of stuff from my person website, youtube, flickr and other sources to MCS. I’m using IFTTT to do this. Back in the day there was no issue with this, but in the last couple months it’s been horrendously bad at it’s job and has been making dozens of duplicates. I’m tired of this bullshit, so I’m effectively pulling the plug on IFTTT and building out the functionality to do this behind the scenes with the freshly created plus.myconfinedspace.com system, which is humming along to great success.
You will no longer see duplicate movie reviews / movie postings / youtube videos. Obviously the duplicate images are going to keep happening because I’m drunk when I do those, so feel free to call me out on any duplicate bullshit you see from here on out.

oddly enough the new system exposed a huge flaw in how MCS was doing stuff, once that gets fixed completely it’ll be smooth sailing.
until it all breaks and burns to the ground again, but I have my hopes up!

I mean, I didn’t change any of the upload settings, but when we shifted over to cloudflare, well add timeouts to the connections.
