Housing is too expensive compared to wages.
There are a number of reasons. Some blame local zoning, some blame new home material cost.
But some groups *want* prices to be high.

Yeah, corps intentionally driving up the prices suck. Estimates on real estate apps have our current house valued at nearly double what we paid for it just 5 years ago. That is not sustainable.
