Me, a friend and my girlfriend, exploring the Normansfield home for the “mentally subnormal” originally built by John Langdon Down in 1868 (the guy who identified Down\’s syndrome) in London, England. We spent about an hour there, but the noises from upstairs (creeks and murmurings – we assumed crack addicts) eventually persuaded us to leave.

back in high school & shortly thereafter (the stoner tippin\’ days), we always thought the courthouse looked like a monster… but it took my 10 yr. old daughter to really capture the feeling. Last Thursday (I think, I was bullshitting, hanging out with the neighbors) she asked if she could borrow my camera… fine, be careful, etc. – at one point I remember saying, get the hell out of the street!! what the f*ck are you doing?!?!
well, tonight I finally looked at the pictures. holy crap.
Ninjutsu
Thinking about taking ninjutsu. Still need to go checkout the dojo that my friend is going to. From what he said, sounds like a cool place and sweet martial art. Very traditional too.
