definitely. Most I agencies I know of have been using retention or double retention holsters for a while now just to prevent this sort of thing. If it was real, that kid’s probably still in jail. They don’t take that sort of stuff lightly.
Yeah, I was gonna say, too bad they don’t show a shot of 5 seconds later where the kid’s got about a dozen lumps from a nightstick upside his head and is being held in a sleeper hold by the cop. :p
