Actually, no. Murder gets you more or less the same time no matter what color you are. The general idea behind the “racism” is that they each have different quality lawyers, and the rich white guy’s lawyer can change a “murder” into an “accidental manslaughter” (or even a full acquittal, O.J. Simpson-style) and get little more than a slap on the wrist for murdering half his family.

Of course, the real racism in that pic is the assumption that ALL black people are always poor, thus they never hacve access to good lawyers (and that all black people wear an afro).
