Let me tell you about this marvelous thing called humor.

It really is a grand thing. It makes you feel wonderful and warm on your inside parts.

Sometimes humor is about what’s true. True things can be humorous and that’s nice.

But sometimes, humor is about things that are not true, or rather, things that take what is true and distorts them in various ways, and that’s nice too.

This image is humorous because it takes something that seems to be an informational brochure and then presents a statement that is generally considered to be false as a true fact. The juxtaposition of something you expect to contain truth and a ridiculous over the top lie is how this image finds itself as a humorous image.
