More than likely a blown head gasket. Burning oil with gasoline. Happens all the time in places like Pasadena Texas where certain assholes just don’t care about the amount of crap they are spewing on the free way.

@...Annarchy: Yeah man. I used to live in Webster, and worked at a power plant there in Pasadena. Stinkadena is right though, place has horrible air quality problems.

@...Annarchy: Money?? I mean there are a shit load of chemical plants and refineries there. Plus all the contractor support. It’s changed a lot since then though. It’s pertty much a shit pit compared to say the woodlands, or League city

It wasn’t the money. It was pretty cool growing up there in the early 80s (yes, I’m old) though.
All cars pollute this much, you just don’t see it.
This is just the kind of HIPPY that refuses to buy a NEW car because it depletes natural resources and could ruin our planet.
