Had a minority NCO do that on the M203 range. After she pulled rank on me in the firing order, put the butt of the M-16 against her nose and fired-ending up breaking her nose. The entire range cracked up and the safety officer went ballistic.

It’s a break barrel single shot pellet gun. I had 1 just like it when i was a kid.
