Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) on Thursday backed off his firm promise to withdraw combat forces from Iraq immediately, and instead said he could “refine” his plan after his trip to Baghdad later this month.

Earlier, a top Obama adviser had said that the senator is not “wedded” to a specific timeline.

It’s your choice. 100 years in Iraq with John McWar on Barry Hussein Obama.

    Ron Paul 2012.

    The Matrix: Rebooted

    From the same article:
“Obama later said at a second news conference he still intends to stick to the timeline.”

Oh! I didn’t notice that reboot. Now that would make Barry Hussein Obama a flip-flopper.

    The Matrix: Rebooted

There’s no where in the article that says he plans to change the timeline. He only says he’ll might refine the plan after he visits Iraq. Listening to advice from commanders on the ground seems like a pretty damn good idea.
So at least wait for him to get back from Iraq before you call him a flip-flopper.

Then why support Obama on his “new” Iraq policy when McCain has been listening to the commanders the entire time?

Either it shows how much of a shrewd politician Obama is or Obama is really that naive.

Either way, you guys screwed yourselves over.

I don’t see the big deal in invading Musulim countries. Those people smell. I’d much rather have cheaper gas then a bunch of towl heads alive.

I don’t see the big deal in invading…countries.

    Y helo thar Hitler.

Ugh, Ron Paul? Diabeetus, have you ever read any of that retards proposed policies? Seriously, I’d like to take Ron Paul out and shoot the dumb shit.

I think, honestly, it’d be stupid as hell to pull out of Iraq right now. I mean, think about it, right now, there’s barely a puppet government in place, you pull out the military, and it’s going to go to shit before the last US plane is off the soil( dust) of Iraq.

But yeah, I see how it’s easy for you guys to say this stupid crap when none of you have been there or known anyone who is there or has been there.

Personally, I don’t really like either one of the candidates, though I’ll probably be voting for Mccain as the lesser of two evils. Obama wants to give goverment money to religious organizations. SORRY, instant no-no in my book.

    Wrong caption for this picture.
    Better: “Anything to get votes”

    Obama’s name rhymes with Osama.

obama represents the state with the highest tax burdern. A vote for obama is a vote for universal healthcare, universal education, welfare state and the secularization of the country. And he can pay for it all by taxing 70 cents out of every dollar you make. If he is elected we will see the gap between poor and middle class rapidly closed: the middle class will be poor.
