   …this is a HORRIBLE rip off

   and regardless…even if it wasn’t shopped it wouldn’t take off…it’d get thrown upwards on the first step propelled into the hand grips and likely break!! if you call that taking off though…then yes

   No, of course it won’t take off. The handlebars are in the way.

   Theoretically, if the stair-stepper was massive (helicopter-pad-big), THEN it would be able to take off.
