    It is worth noting that one would only do this ii one realized that participation, permitting discovery, specifically, would make the situation worse than a default judgment. I mean, he didn’t take this path because he was innocent. The only interesting question now is will they leave him with a cardboard box to live in, or will the plaintiffs get that, too, for its recycling value.
