The picture has either been flipped or that person is playing a lefty.

Good luck playing anything substantial with nails that long. I can’t let mine get more than about an 1/8 of an inch past my finger flesh.

Also, I don’t care how strong that nail polish is the nails on the picking hand will have some removal due to rubbing against the strings.
