Star Wars Battlefront game review

This is such a beautiful game, both visually and audibly, it’s such a shame that it’s not really too enjoyable for me. I’m not kidding when I say it’s beautiful, there were a few times that I had to stop playing and just stare into a mud bubble or at the star destroyers that were wrecking the rebel fleet overhead. I was promptly murdered and had to restart, but damn it’s a pretty game. It likely has one of the best Star Wars audio mixes I’ve ever heard as well, you can really feel the punch of the blasters and thermal grenades. Unfortunately, I’m not really one for the ‘run and gun’ type of games that you can die 50 times and never really advance.

Have you tried it yet? What’s your opinion?

I agree. I’m not a fan of this style of gaming. Bring on Knights of the Old Republic 3 or even a third Force Unleashed.

Yeah, lovely looking game, but the spawns are atrocious on Hoth. Spawn, die, spawn, die. If you’ve put the time in and have some higher level gear or you get one of the vehicles at the start you’re better off, but it’s hardly ideal. Not sure I care for some of the vehicles being power ups as well. The Rebels should be able to spawn either in the airspeeders or in a safe hangar with the airspeeders on the last leg of Hoth.
