How would you go about administering this drug from it’s container?  Looks like it’s completely sealed in glass!

    I assume you would break the tip off. Lots of plastic containers use the same design today.

    Maybe it’s a lozenge. Like those cough sweets, except instead of the flu you’re IN BLINDING PAIN OR UNDERGOING FIELD SURGERY.
