That is how quarantine works.

If CV – 19 was 1/10th as bad as the media is pretending, we wouldn’t be letting people stranded, we would be actively dropping missle on them to keep them out.

This isn’t quarantine. He’s doing nothing to keep these people from infecting others. He just wants to prevent AMERICAN infections, for entirely political reasons. He is willing to leave Americans to die in a foreign land if it gets him re-elected. Anything to delay prison.
