When the punishment for pedophilia is the same as murder, you incentivize silencing the victim before they tell anyone.

That’s some “special logic”, you got going there.
Also, I doubt a baseball to the knee would be more lethal, than putting said pedophile with inmates, that know why they have a new buddy.

No, just “special” ones.
Though I consider some of the widely accepted, popular, and mainstream ones, indeed “special”.

As pedophiles are known, habitual, repeat offenders, the choice is execute them, or jail them for life. Given the harm that pedophilia causes, there can be no justification for keeping that personal alive. There is no possibility of rehabilitation.

Same with arsonists. But coddling arsonists, instead of locking them up damn near forever like America does, is one of the major reasons Australia is turning into an ash tray.
