An ancient legacy of terror is unleashed when the cursed mummy, Imhotep (Arnold Vosloo), is resurrected once again in The Mummy Returns — along with a force even more powerful: the Scorpion King (Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson). Now, as the fate of all mankind hangs in the balance, Rick O’Connell (Brendan Fraser) and his wife Evie (Rachel Weisz) embark on a daring, desperate race to save their son – and the world – from unspeakable evil. The Mummy Returns is supercharged with pulse-pounding action and spectacular special effects that’ll blow you away.

I’m happy I watched these out of order, this is the worst of the three. Not sure if it was the precocious kid, the repeated villain, the bad Rock CGI or the silly big army #1 vs big army #2 fight that showed up.

That being said, it was still an enjoyable film, just not as good as the other two.
