I remember these. The chocolate was the ultra low quality stuff like you get in dollar store advent calendars. The cigarettes themselves were skinny like the Popeye cigs, but they were wrapped in paper so they looked more like a cigarette than a leftover lollipop stick. Between the chocolate stick and the paper wrapper was a fine dusting of icing sugar, so when you blew on it you could make a puff of smoke.
