I do not believe this was at Epcot, more likely it’s from one of the Worlds Faires

It’s in Montreal. It was the american pavilion at expo 67. The plastic windows caught fire in the 70’s. The structure survived and is still there.
That is the USA pavilion at the site of the 1967 worlds fair in Montreal.

The biosphere’s outer covering burned on May 20th, 1976, during structural repairs. The Biosphère changed its name in 2007 to become an environment museum.
