    Only once we had a army with a capital A and a general to lead it. Not just armed citizens or even militias –which were good at starting shit like Lexington & Concord and guerilla attacks, but damn near useless when the redcoats got organized and moved on targets, like our nation’s Capitol, later on in the War of 1812.

    I suggest you re-read your revolution history. If it wasn’t for the French military support the colonials would have been toast.

    Forget the revolution, think the civil war instead. But this time the Union has cruise missiles, attack helios and drones.
