    It is easy but it drains your empathy. I am told you do not last very long interfacing directly with the client as you burn out. I dont know if this happens to you but its an interesting read none the less:

    I would just put the person on hold a million times to get them irritated while I check my email, post something to craigslist, go to the bathroom, etc.

    That’s if they fail to understand logic though.
