The dog is not his loving companion the dog is a schtick, if you see someone begging for money with a dog they are doing it because they know you soft hearted people are giving money to the dog.

If you dont believe me look at them the next time you see them, a dirty man or youth and a clean dog…why is the dog so damn clean? Because it lives at someones house with a family, you really think that someone who cant get their lives together enough (or has a mental challenge) to have a job and their own residence is really over careful about their dogs bathing habbits?
