It really depends on if you liked the first trilogy – SCREAM has never taken itself seriously as a horror franchise, but acts more like a satire of series that do. If you’ve always been okay with the comedy being in there, it’s not a far cry from the earlier films – it’s not any scarier but it’s still good fun.
