I’m sorry but “rooty tooty” is not an British phrase. What others call a “gun” we call a “French Tickler”.

Most of them are true, but Rooty Tooty Point and Shooty is a joke by comedian Brian Regan in reference to how stupid “Walkie Talkie” is for being the name of a military invention.

I wish these were true. The author has to be American, they have clearly gathered a malformed an image of what a “typical” cockney sounds like from TV when making up some of these. I will however adopt the phrase “Cold on a Cob” from now on. (The common British term is “icy lolly” btw.)
