I guess what I’m saying is, I don’t really get what the point of this was.
It’s like adding the M3 badge to a non-m3 BMW – it’s rice, but it’s high class rice and is ok to do.
Take my 1996 jimmy for example.
Mid range SUV. Pretty cheap, uses cheap plastic inside, etc. Adding a grille makes it look better, but it’s still a pretty cheap car.
Even if I add rims, it’s still the basic shitty SUV.
But a nice car like a beamer or benz, are really hard to fuck up unless you are an idiot with more money than taste (herp derp rappers)

Rims and a body kit never hurt anything.

i disagree. my ’87 camaro was stock (except for the rims). it did not look like shit sir.
There are some exceptions.
I personally think it would look a LOT better with custom rims/widening the wheel base both front and rear.
But the body/body kit stock looks great.
Same with mustang GT’s.
Compare them to stock mustangs and stock mustangs look like shit.
