I will also have to appoint a bunch of Czars to watch the workers and none of them will have to go through any confirmations or any form of background screenings to do it.

I’m also going to need to declare war on christianity and allow some muslims to build a 30 story mosque at the site of the tracks to make it a holy site for muslims. Finally I’ll also need to hire almost 10 thousand government employees and send the EPA to the site to make sure no one kills any ants or offends a prarie dog in the process of the rail construction.
