    Maybe they went all out on the new cars with giant bows and diamond everything at Christmas. When you have money to waste on extravagance, why not opt for surgery? In fact, I’m pretty sure this isn’t much different than guys buying their chicks lipo and new tits for birthdays and valentines… XD
