I saw a car like this in a Hardee’s parking lot – the guy had actually put up chicken wire or something to keep the trash from collapsing into the driver’s side. I suppose he’s homeless.

That’s not a pack-rat’s car, that’s a home.
Obviously their doors don’t work, (locks broken) so they have to wait until they can fix them, best way to deter criminals stealing your car!
