what is the monster? i heard there’s another preview in beowulf. (that book sucked, read it in highschool)
I thought beowulf was a pretty decent read, wouldn’t buy it but, should be a good movie.
Isn’t it obvious what the movie is about?
The Statue of Liberty’s head comes to life and rampages through NYC. Eating cabs, impaling people on the spikes, etc. It’s finally stopped when the Mt. Rushmore presidents put aside their differences and learn to work as a team.

I’m looking forward to this movie. I think it will at least be better than Godzilla
I would totally watch a movie about the president statues coming alive at Mt. Rushmore then stomping through the whole country, fighting each other.
The best part would be a giant stone Lincoln getting shot by a giant John Wilkes Booth a la south park.
I’m pretty sure that we get to see a CGI Angelina Jolie naked.
Beowulf is motion capture.
So it’s her real body etc.
See it in 3D. It’s amazing.
The Cloverfield script is pretty good. I’m not sure how well some demos will respond though.

And, as for Angelina Jolie, she was hot back in the “Hackers” day, but now she’s so used, like in “Taking Lives” when Ethan Hawke ravages her in the room, her legs are so chicken skinny, its like they put boobs on a skeleton. Give me Kate Beckinsale any day (or Kristen Bell, personal preference, but I went with a similar height brunette or something).
