strapping comment
I’m guilty of this myself, back when I had my F-150 one of the best purchases I made for it was a set of neon orange tie down straps.

There’s a double page spread right at the start of the series that blew me away, the rest of the book is just as good. For people that know about Frank and DD’s history there’s a bit of humor there, but it all ends with Frank using knives instead of guns due to DD’s protests. That goes about as well as you’d expect.
-
Continuing it’s fun run, in this issue there’s a couple in bed, a sulking god/demon thing (moa?), and a chase scene that ends with a bunch of dead demon infused cops.
-
Is this some kind of ongoing series or something?
-
With this running at the same time as the Castle storyline in Star Wars: Vader, I’m confusing myself on what exactly is happening in which book.
-
Diamond neglected to send this to my comic shop.

I had forgotten that Kraven was borderline insane when he first came around, the following books and cartoons never really played up how absolutely bonkers he was. This is a great What If story that really takes things to the extreme.

In comparison to the above Kraven storyline, this one is downright tame, though I love the artwork here much more.

NBC Cancels Megyn Kelly Today After Blackface Controversy Sources Say
Tags:Megyn Kelly, Politics, Racist
From what I gather, she wasn’t happy with the 9am slot before all this came up, as she wasn’t able to cover politics as much as she wanted, and she’s going to be moving a time frame that’s less softer news than what she’s doing now.

Nightmare on Elm Street
Tags:A Nightmare on Elm Street, Movie Of The Year 2018, Movie Reviews, Movies
Last year for Halloween I watched all the Friday The 13th movies, which ranged from ok to terrible, then watched the Chucky films, which ranged from great to terrible, this year I’m going to be watching the Nightmare on Elm Street films. I think I might have been missing out, as the first couple films have been surprisingly good, with minimal bs story points and some mind bending horror. The first film has an hinted sexuality that’s never brought to a raunchy level like Jason would have done, and they used actors that were much closer to the ages of the characters they were playing, 18 or 19 year olds in highschool are much more believable than 30 year olds playing 18 year olds. There’s some repetitive audio cues that get real noticeable by the end of the movie, but that’s the most I can complain about it, this was just a great film.
Special points for having the female lead always say “mother!”, even when she’s in great distress.
