I think I know where this is. At the Irvine Spectrum in Irvine, CA there's two 3 story parking structures they just put in not too long ago. One of them faces an Edwards 21 with pink neon lights like the one in the picture. Irvine is also notorious for having some of the worst drivers in Cali, nothing but asians, old people, and rich retards. Double parked BMW's are a pretty common sight there. So are blonds that wrap said BMW around a goddamn light pole. I've always wanted to leave a note like that but it always seemed just too fucking passive aggressive.
