I have heard that the groundwater infiltration issues on those old silo's can be pretty intense. Keep that sump running! Remember, they were only meant to last for about 30 minutes past the end of the world as we know it. ; )

Like the video says, bump firing is not particularly new. Most ranges would frown on it in that virtually every range I have been to doesn't allow really rapid firing. Usually there is a 1 second rule or a "must get a valid sight picture between shots" rule. Neat to see the product though. Looks like a fun little gimmick. Too bad ammo costs so much these days.

I guess the subject was why I went with Pap in the first place. Centaur looks ok though I guess. I admit though to having limited taste and experience in such things. How is the arrangement, all in all? Aside from wanting to provoke some comments, the point of the exercise was to learn a bit about Illustrator and a little about design.

Not a hipster. Sorry to disappoint. Yea, I left out the couple of sentences in the middle in order to pull in the people to explain the reason. I just also happen to think that there is no valid reason for such heinous acts. For the sake of simplification I will accept the claim that the invaded people were in fact committing heinous acts in the name of religion. This still leaves me to evaluate the claim that because a people was brutally killing a portion of their population their entire population should be brutally killed in the name of religion. Uh... Okaaaay... Lets go with that too. Problem is, even if genocide of was a reasonable action to take against such people there is still the whole issue of massacring and raping children. I'll be egalitarian and say that the adult women are subject to moral standards and I'll even assume that every last adult was equally culpable, women included. Even then I just cant seem to get past the whole rape thing. We can all think of instances where it might be morally acceptable to kill someone. Many of us can think of instances were it might be acceptable to kill an innocent person and provide a sound argument. I just cant think of anything to justify child rape. I know, call me a bleeding heart liberal and all but I just have to say I cant help but to call the mass rape of children just plain evil.

Even accepting the premise of it being a public health issue, committing genocide to stop VD seems kinda... well... evil... And then there is the whole issue of keeping the virgins for yourselves. Using nuclear weapons as antibiotics I can at least follow the bouncing ball to understand the reason (even if I disagree with the accounting of worth). Raping children however I just cant seem to be "OK" with.
