Under taliban rule, the women would have been stoned to death or beaten in public, or even may have had acid thrown on their faces for not being covered in public. American occupation may not be the end solution but removal of the taliban is a good start. Personally, I think the entire region should be made into one big sheet of glass.

Vegan's claim the will not consume any animal product, the "protein" she is eluding too comes from a human(i would guess); last i checked humans are animals. Homo sapiens sapiens. I've often pondered whether or not vegans swallow..I don't believe it, If any of you know one that does please let us know.

Ok, you guys don't get it, this is not an "ideal woman" this is a self portrait, women of the paleolithic age did not have mirrors. the artist made this going by what she could see of herself...lay on a bed look down and draw what you see using the exact proportions that your eyes see.
