Fed-up managers declare WFH is over

With COVID-19 cases still on the decline, most managers say they’re willing to play hardball to get workers back at their desks. They’d even fire you or cut your pay.

    And the employers that figure out how to continue to effectively let employees work from home will attract the best talent and will always have stacks of resumes from applicants.

    Managers may be fed up, they may be willing to cut pay or fire people, but, unemployment is at record lows, right now, if one company won’t let you work remotely, the next one will.
