    Going to re-watch them all over the holidays with the family. Extended editions this time.

    if you have the ability to watch them on 4k disk, I highly suggest it.

    We most definitely will be. Bought the 4k set recently. We watched the theatrical versions when the set first arrived. My young one wasn’t ready for the super long versions at the time.

    You can get them all in one day if you start early and have a small meal after each disc. Eat breakfast, watch FOTR disc 1. Have SECOND breakfast, watch FOTR disc 2. Continue until a ship sails to the Undying Lands.

    Hahaha. I think the current plan is one a day after breakfast and then eat lunch afterwards.
