   Does writing this actually work or does it just create additional problems? If you’re on a freeway and you’re in a passing or “fast” lane and someone pulls up behind you it is polite to get over when safe so they may pass, whether they have this written on the front of their car or not.

   Now, if I’m on a side street that only has one lane and this pulls up behind me, I’m not above being a passive aggressive asshole and driving 2-3 miles under the speed limit.

     if I see that kind of thing I do what I always do: follow the law and maintain the speed limit. if they feel they need to break the law and go 30+ mph over the speed limit, they can figure out their own path.

     You don’t like something they’ve done that doesn’t actually affect you (or anyone) so you decide to be an asshole and proactively aggravate them. Does this childish fragility and aggression extend to people with bumper stickers for political oponents? Rival sports teams? Is it only on the road or are you brave and agressive when you see someone wearing a T-shirt with a rude word on it?

       If going 33 in a 35 aggravates them then they’ve already got some anger issues. It may be a bit childish, but it’s not from a place of fragility or aggression. They put something childish on the front of their car that is trying to get me to engage in unsafe behavior, so fuck ’em. They can go a little slower for awhile.

       Bumper stickers are on the back of the car, not the front. I doubt someone in front of me cares if I go 33 in a 35.

       As far as the T-shirt goes, kind of depends on the word and what kind of environment we’re in. Foul language on a shirt at a concert, probably don’t care. Dropping the kids off at day care might not be the time for the “FUCK YOUR FEELINGS!” T-shirt.

       Never said this was brave and fully admitted that it was me being a bit of a “passive aggressive asshole”. I would say that putting “MOVE OVER” backwards on the front of a vehicle is also being a passive aggressive asshole.

       But god damn did it rile your feathers up.

         You said you’d slow down to piss off someone with this on their car if they got behind you on a one lane road, you didn’t mention tailgating (the adult response is to pull over and allow them to pass).
