    I was trying to convince myself that it’s some kind of segmented hot tub for people who do a lot of high impact stuff with ankles and wrists.

    No, it’s electric stim in a water bath…that’s usually pain/strain treatment, but I’ve never seen a set up like this.
    It looks Eastern European from the electrical components.
    Don’t know why you’d treat all 4 extremities at once though.
    Maybe a fibromyalgia treatment…?
    Weird.
