I want to do this, but I think it’s like $1,000 for every second you hold the trigger down.

    2000 rounds per minute, $60.00 per round, 5000 rounds max per belt… $300,000.00 spent in 2.5 minutes.

    where are you pulling that $60 a round number from, that seems excessive.

    I was looking at the wrong info. The 20mm M61 Vulcan ammo is $39.95 each.

    it shoots 7.62×51 or 308 in standard ammo , about 50 cents a shot. this information is commonly available to those who don’t wish to embellish.

    And I said I was looking at the wrong info. I was looking at the 20mm M61. This one is the GE M134.

    It’s more like $1000 a minute. Even a .50 cal is less than $5, $6 for match grade.
