Swedish Fish Oreo

Have you ever wished your favorite cookie would morph with your favorite chewy candy? Neither did we, but hey, that didn't stop Oreo. A spokesperson for Nabisco confirmed to PEOPLE on Wednesday that Swedish Fish Oreos are in fact a very real thing. The only catch is the limited-edition pack is available exclusively at Kroger, an Ohio-based supermarket chain. The bright red frosting is described "sticky, chewy" and even "slimy" by the food blog, The Impulsive Buy, who got their hands on a pack. And unlike some of the other crazy Oreo flavors Nabisco has rolled out, this one actually tastes just as you'd imagine it would.     I really hate living in a test market sometimes. Don’t worry, if enough people around here think it’s a good idea it will spread out to the rest of the country. I can’t imagine it tasting anything other than horrible, but I thought the same thing about putting hot dogs inside pizza crust and that’s a thing now. No wonder so many of us are quite overweight.

    so is this just swedish fish flavored icing in it, which I’m ok with, or is it the actual swedish fish stuff that’s more like a jelly bean than icing? cause if it’s the gooey stuff, that’s going to be one weird cookie
