    If you know what you’re doing, you can eat ramen daily and not kill yourself.

    Get the bricks. Get sodium free bouillon (or just make your own chicken stock). Throw out the “flavor packet” and add bouillon to the water (or boil in stock). Add soy sauce and grated ginger. Crack an egg in there if you want. Rapidly cool to edible temperature with frozen corn.
