I stopped reading in the mid 90s when Shadowcat and Rogue had ‘aged’ into adulthood and characters like Jubilee were the new jailbait that Wolverine had a nonsexual partners-in-crime relationship with while he pined for Jean Grey. Still, I don’t think Kurt and Kitty have ever been romantically linked.
