I’ve actually heard of cashiers who thought a $2 bill was a gag because they’d never heard of one.

Two Dollar bills are not uncommon around where I live, has one of the businesses (a grocery store), routinely gives them in change. My bank usually has about $100 worth in the petty cash drawer (I ask for them when I cash my check).

Go 40 minutes away and people think they should collect them. Go outside of Central Penna and people think they are fake. Idiots.
