And this is one of my favorite meals for all season. If your ever in the Dallas-Fort Worth area in Texas, Try Bistro B in Dallas or My Lan in Fort Worth. Either choice is good.

I fucking love pho. But the meat is wrong. You gotta get the combo that has all the different types of meat.

And the noodles is wrong.

If you’re ever in southern California try Pho 79 in Alhambra. Pho Tai Nam. They also make mean Bon Buo Hue.

This sh*t is the best bought from a tiny hole in the wall place with mismatched folding tables, hot sauce in squeeze bottles, not a word of English heard other than stock ‘can I help you’ phrase from counter person, and nary a round eye in sight.
