Obviously you have no experience with soldiers/seamen/marines/airmen and the rest of society, because the above image is both an accurate image of how the majority of civilians view soldiers, and it is an accurate image of how the various branches of the armed forces view each other branch. Especially the depiction of airmen.

yeah, but if you were to make a matrix containing toons of how each branch saw itself and every other branch, these images would totally fit in there somewhere. I may not be military, but my high school gang branched into JAG, Navy and Marine, and I lived in Manhattan, Ks for a few years, playground of the Army’s 1st infantry. You can’t go more than an hour around anyone of these groups without someone saying SOMETHING similar to this pic about the other branches.

Hey, I was US Navy, and yup the navy and marine thing is pretty accurate. I think I’m a chick magnet, and all my civvie friends think I’m a drunken ass grabber that don’t care what I stick it in. And as for the marines that I sailed with, they thought they were the greatest warriors that walked the earth, while us sailors had to constantly stop em from stupidly hurting themselves on that carrier.
