The original voice of Dexter was Christine Cavanaugh, who was also the voice of Chuckie Finster from Rugrats. Candi Milo took over when Cavanaugh left, and she left a bunch of kids scratching their heads and thinking, “What’s wrong with Dexter’s voice?”
