In San Francisco, all the seats have to be bolted down plastic, so it’s easy to see (and brush away) the debris left by the hobos and other scuzzy people I have to ride with.
Come visit and I’ll treat you to a cable car ride (or rent a very fine car to drive us both around in).
That would be the MTS Centre in Winnipeg in the background. So, yes, more civilized city is a good guess, even though SF isn’t THAT bad.
