MINNEAPOLIS — The inflatable roof of the Metrodome collapsed Sunday after a snowstorm that dumped 17 inches on Minneapolis. No one was hurt, but the roof failure sent the NFL scrambling to find a new venue for the Vikings’ game against the New York Giants.

The video of the collapse was pretty cool.

    Even God hates Favre

The day before it collapsed we were talking about the dome in class, joking that it’ll go down. The day after I drove down 35W (the highway in the picture, about 100 meters before the bridge that also… collapsed…)

    Fun Facts:
This is the second time it’s collapsed
No, not everything in Minneapolis collapses.
That blue penis sticking up in the air is a theater.
You can clearly see our alien docking port.

After spending 3 hours shoveling out the driveway and you’re finally back inside, warm and dry with a hot beverage; the snow plow drives by and refills in the last 3 feet with the heaviest, chunkiest snow that it can possibly find to drag along. Joy!

Snow plows keep taking out my mailbox.
