Yeah, but here’s an interesting thought. Have you ever been forced to park across a line because the person who parked in the space next to yours did the same thing? You never know about these things.
It is possible hummer dude is an inconsiderate moron, but maybe there was someone else parked where the red car was, but taking two spaces. I’ve seen it happen enough times to know that sometimes it isn’t the person who is currently parked like an idiot who started all the parking douchebaggery…
