Reactor 4 at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Station, before and after the rickety cement “Sarcophagus” was hastily erected after the April 26, 1986 explosion to allow the other 3 reactors to continue working. The final reactor (number 3, right next to the number 4) was finally shut down in December 2000.

You can always get a box with one kind of chocolates. That way you’ll know exactly what you’re gonna get.

so much destruction, just so the USA could sabotage the power of the soviet union

not that americans ever cared about the deaths of non-americans, america has a long proud history of mass killings in foreign countries, such as europe, vietnam, the soviet union and the middle east

america throws so much money into killing other people to stay top dog, it could be said for the USA that power is expensive but life is cheap

    >foreign countries, such as europe…the soviet union…

    wat?

I was in 6th grade when this happened. This story, more or less, replaced the Challenger explosion as the top story.
